* Cacique Reports (Progress Reports and Line Expense Reports)- due every Monday by 11:59pm
Panas (2)
* All incidents are required to be reported immediately to your Regional Cacique and National Cacique Mayor.
* ALL brothers, not only the line administrators, are responsible for providing a safe learning environment.
* Brothers who are not paid active are not allowed to interact with the NMEP and its participants.
* In the event a chapter or brother decides to engage in sanctioned activities within the NMEP, they will face disciplinary actions against the individual brother(s) and chapter(s). Official notification will be sent to Academic Institutions.
*It is the responsibility of the line administrators to notify all active brothers about any updates sent from the Regional Cacique or National Cacique Mayor.
Panas:
* Pana's must have the availability to visit and spend time their Panita no less than 3 times in the process.
* Pana's must have the availability to have phone conversations no less than 3 times a week during the process.
* Pana's are expected to notify the Line Administrators and the Regional Cacique if something wrong is taking place.
* Pana's are expected to update the Line Administrators about any concerns about health, grades, or emotional concerns.
* Pana's are expected to be a positive role model for their Panita.
* Pana's are expected to have a Panita gift ready by crossing.
Please keep in mind that the following information will be due.
* Nationally approved Master of Ceremony being used - due 1 week before each ceremony.
* Travel Request Form- due 24 hours before each chapter visit or when leaving university (UNIVERSITY Policies must be followed)
